Just wondering what most guys with TT set ups are running gear wise. This car has twin 62 precision turbos with a Lentech trans, 4500 stahl, solid rear with 3.73 gears. Makes a little of 900 rwhp @ 26 lbs of boost. For some reason I thought turbo cars liked less gear so Im asking. 90% will be driven on the street. Thanks

I have a nearly identical combination to yours. I run 4:10's with a 28" tall rear tire. I love it. Car accelerates faster and it's even better driving on the street because it's peppier. I've tried 3:73's and 3:27's before going to the 4:10 gear. I know a lot of people like less gear but I didn't like it. Car was to sluggish and lazy out of the hole. My car is heavy 3715lb (no driver) and my motors only a 282cid (I spin it high) so in my case the car loved the gear. Most guys are probably gonna tell you to run 3:27's or 3:55's.

Here's my car.

100% myth.
Run whatever gear will carry you through the traps (usually 1/4 mile)
at the desired rpm in the top of high gear.
