New to mod world: AED Tune costs and questions

I want to order an AED tune. At first I will just order what I feel after reading the threads is the best intake (JLT) and have AED send me the tune for that. Is this possible? What will I need to install the tune in my car? How much will the AED tune cost including everything that I will need to install it?

Down the road I plan on adding full exhaust (Kooks headers, X or H pipe, and Borla S exhaust. Can and will AED revise my tune to match my new mods?
