Had some maintenance done to the Cobra at my Buddy's shop today and afterwards we threw it on the DYNOMITE dyno:

464.6 RWHP/478.6 RWTQ
(2.8,CAI,CB,X,TUNE, H/E, I/C TANK)

My previous best on a DYNOJET was:

466.32/473.06
(2.8,CAI,CB,TUNE)

Does anybody know how the DYNOMITE compares to the DYNOJET??? I've been told that the DYNOMITE reads a little bit lower but I'm not really sure???

Just curious???

Thanks...

Later...Dave

No way to be sure...only way to see how much you gained is to go back to the same dyno. Every dyno is a little different even other dyno jets will be a little different from eachother....but not by much at all.

mine was run on a Land an Sea Dynomite. they are more accurate..

I don't know about that story, maybe a rwd model, but a awd model no way w a rwd car. The a/f seemed accurate though compared to my lm1. 381 rwhp std. After I did that deal a fellow 97 cobra guy (Jeff) w 420 sae dynojet rwhp ran me. I lined up, we both had passengers so I was sitting over 4k#. Even on a dig I walked him. I'm not the only guy w rwd to show low # compared to a dynojet etc. on that dyno. So here ya go Dave...
