ihave a 2.93upper with a diablo tuner and i want to do a 2.76 do i need more tunning or will the tunning i have now be good enough

More tunning.......
When you add more boost you usually need to add more fuel and possibly take out timing. It is possible that your current tune is both rich and not pushing high timing, but at a minmum get to a dyno and see where you stand.
You also want to make sure that your MAF counts are not pegged and your fuel system is up to the task.
