Ran a 12.12 at almost 116 at Bradenton on Sunday. Looks like I was about the 14th of 35 fastest in time and most of the faster cars were not daily drivers. Kudo's to Ken and Francisco for running 11.6's but they had live rearends. Got eliminated in the second round by a 10.23 on a 10.23 dial in but I'm happy. Thanks to Rick and Linn at Amazon for tuning the car to get my best results yet. Their customer service and treatment are the best. If I learn how to drive this thing, 11's are not far away.

Trap speed is way off what it should be with a ported blower and your mods, what were the 1/8 mph's and et's?

Good job!:)

11s are not far away for you.

I do agree with trey193,

with a ported blower and a 2.8 you should be trapping at a much higher speed.:??:

My car has trapped 115.4 and 12.3 with just CAI and exhaust, this past Sunday I drove it to a 12.4 @ 114.9.

Post up more details (60', 1/8, 1/8 mph, and WEATHER).

I'm sure there has to be a much STEEPER learning curve to driving that BEAST with all those mods compared to mine.

Good luck and go get them 11s,

Howard

Congrats Rick.It was nice to meet you. Keep working on it and 11s will be your's.

The reason his trap speed may seem a little low might be because he was driving the car easy.I watched him run and he is very easy on the car.

I will post rest of info later. i don't have the time slip with me. I do know the 60ft time was 1.828 and I granny shift all the way down the track. I'm sure car is cabable of much more, maybe 11.6-11.8 at around 120. At least I hope it is.
Also, it was pretty hot this weekend.

1.8 is a NICE 60' time, my best last weekend was a 1.99.

How did you launch if you don't mind me asking?:??:

I tried off idle launching and my best was a 2.05 and a 12.6 @114.0, then to get the 1.99 I dumped the clutch at 2500 and had to pedal it a bit when I felt wheel hop, but that got me my 12.4 @114.9.

I had my stock F1s at 26# of pressure.

I also granny shift.:)

One reason your mph might be low is:

When you cross the traps, do you stay at WOT for like another 30-40ft, I think there is another beam about 40ft after the finish that determines your trap speed, if you let off before that your trap speed will be lower. At ATCO I noticed a light that went on after I passed that point.:??:
