i know its not that great but hey i was proud. it was my second time at the track and the first time was earlier in the summer and i ran a 14.077 which is horrible, so this time i waited till the humidity was gone and the temp was around 60-65, not 80 at 10 at night (gotta love that midwest summer humidity and late night heat) like last time. the only mods i have done are cold air intake, sbtb, ftvb, boost by pass, and magna flow mufflers. i was just wondering what you guys thought about my run. i know i need to work on the 60' times, but what can you expect when ya got the f1 out back:burnout:

You're complaining about 80˚ heat in the summer? Try coming down here in the summer when it's 95˚ at 10 at night :)

You could probably hit mid 13's with a better 60' though. Congrats on the new best, though!

Great job!!! I checked the DA and it's about 1400ft. So you could have pulled a 13.6 under corrected conditions;) Oh and yeah, get that 60' down because I can almost pull that with my near stock explorer.

That's pretty good considering the tires on the truck. Figure for every tenth you shave off your 60 foot you will shave 2 tenths off the ET. So potentially if you get a 1.9 sixty foot you will net a 13.5. Which is realistic on a good day with good track prep.

Throw some Drag Radials on there and watch those sixty foots drop...aswell as your ET's! I went 13.1 @ 102 on Drag radials with a AEM Cold Air and SCT. God made Drag Radials with Lightnings in mind

thanks for the input, yeah i was really disappointed when i seen the 60' times, its really a dog out of the hole. i dont think the track was prepped to good, everybody was gettin loose out of the hole. i think the truck could really use a tune up also, 83,000 miles and i think it still has the original plugs in it, it really feels like its falling on its face when it hits second gear. i really wasnt complaining about the heat at night, what i was gettin at was the humidity.
