Let me start out by saying I've only ran low 8s in my car. I was on some 28in M&H drag radials.
I left the line a 2000 rpms, I didn't bog but felt a small spin from the line. Hit second and it was pulling hard, banged 3rd and boy was she hunting on the other end.
