Took advantage of some of this weekends cooler air. Drove it to the track, air downed the tires and busted off a couple 9.50 passes! Air up the tires and drove it home...

Thanks guys!

I think the 148 was a timing glitch, it was more like 144.6. My car never back halfs 34mph. 30mph on the back is the norm.

I see Lidio tuned your car. He built mine. I'm very impressed with those TVS' . They can really put out some solid numbers.

I'm baffled at your 60s, on the stock converter also, I can't get below a 1.7 for the life of me. What rear tires are you running??

I'm running some wore out ET Pro's... My car is a clone to Lidio's and we've been competitive all season. He's making 2 more lbs of boost then me, but I'm 100lbs lighter. His best is a 9.45 to my 9.48. He's getting 1.35 60' times on 325/45/17 M&H's w/ 100% stock suspension, including both sway bars!

I Really like the TVS!

He's running a Whipple and Nitrous in his GT isn't he? At least last I knew he was. EDIT - Just looked at his site and saw the update.

Did you up the compression when you did the pistions? I'm in awe with the amount of power you're putting down with a smaller displacement sc than me. How much boost are you running?

He ran a Whipple on his 08 mustang. He still sells & tunes Whipples, but recommends the Roush & VMP TVS. Lidio's 9.45 was without spray. He went to spray it and it was bouncing off the limiter a couple weekends ago. His battery was low and the computer locked up at the track on a tune flash & ended his night early.

I'm running 11.25:1 Diamond pistons w/ 15lbs of boost

Newbie question, but did you remove your front sway bar? Debating on if it's worth it or not. I don't hear too many guys on here that recommend it or not. And I'm trying to figure out ways to help with my launch.

I ditched the front sway bar, but kept the rear...

My car makes crazy torque, that's why it 60's so good on the stock converter! Like 500ft lbs at 2500, 600ft lbs at 3900 and goes up to 660ft lbs max...

Your running a 2V right? You probably need gear+stall converter and loosen up the front to 60' good.
