New PB this weekend...Thanks to Circle D

Thanks to the addition of my new Circle D 4C i ran a new PB

Air was good, but not great this weekend. With better air i see 11.40's

Not sure.....the weather station said 81 degrees, 52% humidity and 2997 pressure...LOL

Congrats!!! And looks like a DA of about 1620, assuming just a few feet above sea level. How is it just cruising around?

Hardly noticeable, of course unless your heavy on the pedal.....For those of you with Automatics that are afraid to make the move....Like Nike says "just do it

I want a coverter but worried about it rattling and making noise. Also do you DD your? What stall is a 4c like 3600-3800? Congrats on a new PB.

You have a built motor and run low 10's and your worried about rattling and a little noise? :banana:

Yeah may sound silly but I put about 250-300 miles a week on my car. The built motor just added security and the car actually drives like stock till you floor it.

Makes sense, hard to have a 30k car and have to listen to it rattle when driving during the week.

No converter rattle on mine.....my wife DD's the car with no issues at all....lost about 1-2 MPG in the city, but still get 25-26 HWY MPG

That's good to hear. What converter are you running. I was just thinking about putting in a 2c.

I just put a 2C behind my 13 Whipple 2.9.. it had the rattle fix done, and is silent now. It drives like stock, can't really tell it's there except for the increased revs in boost and at times the TCC engagement gives a bit of a thud but that's mostly tuned out now. I watch my trans temps pretty close on the LCD, they haven't gone up at all.

^Impressions of the converter on a PD car? Part of the reason I went PD (KB) is because I didn't want to do a converter. Any before/after comments?
