Finally made it into the 11's thanks to nitto NT05r's. I have 2011 gt 6M, 3.73's, JLT CAI l, lethal xpipe, BMR LCA and relo bracket with AED tune. Made 6 runs after i ran my PB car started to slow down ran 4 12.0s 1/8 mph was 89 and 1/4 mph only 115 on last 4 pass's da shot up to 800ft, but still very happy... Car usually traps 117-118

better weld those axle tubes since your using drag radials..


This.

Just get some slicks on the car and dump the clutch at 5-6k rpm and you'll see your ET drop. I cut a 1.52 60' with only an x-pipe and tune on slicks and ran 11.65. Drag radials and manuals dont mix, not slicks.

Also, great job, I know it felt great breaking into the 11s!

I slip the clutch tiny bit, im leaving at 4100-4200 car wasnt feeling to strong on the topend like it usually does maybe this week with colder air should do a little better. Only reason i bought drag radials was because its 100 miles back and forth and 90% of the time i go up by myself. And nobody seemed to have black rts welds lol
