new off road exhaust will i need a retune?

i bought a 03 cobra with a catted prochamber . the car was previously tuned and looks to have had the cats welded in for emission inspections,Also it looks to have mil eliminators on the downstream o2harness.

I installed a cattless prochamber and havent had any issues with the mil. however will i need a retune or need to do anything further?
