New noise... *aggravating*

For the last 3 weeks, my car has been making a chirping noise whenever I turn left. The faster I turn, the faster it is (until about 25mph, then it just fades out *or is high pitched enough so I can't hear it). Anyone ever had this problem? I don't see any fluid leaking out, so I am not sure where to start diagnosing the problem. No error codes, either.
