Putting a new motor in my 03 lightning. While it's out I was thinking about going ahead and putting on some headers. I have the bassani full exhaust now with the stock headers. Any recomendations on a brand or if I even need to do it?

what are ya building? Rebuilt stocker? Long tubes are fun. LOL
Got a good deal on a built JDM motor. Truck came with a 50 shot 8lb pulley, ported supercharger, polished plenum, air intake, diablo sport maf and a few programs. Ran 12.56 like that. I'm new to all this so I'm going to drop the motor in tune it and save for a bigger charger and sell the nitrous kit.
Sounds like a good set up. I ran Kooks longtubes with my Bassani and loved it.
Yep Kooks are a great set of headers.. I've had mine for over a year with no issues. I'm running Bassanni catback with hi-flow cats. Sounds great...
