You opened up a can of worms with that question...
A drop in filter will do you right if only doing minimal mods. CAI's have been shown to increase boost a little bit, but have also been shown to suck in HOT engine air which robs HP-so its basically a break even proposition. (Go to f150online.com and do a search under the screen name "fractaldragon"-he did some tests that had some intreresting results in favor of a modded stock airbox).

If you are going to add pulleys though and really start modding the truck, the stock setup may be a bottleneck.

Also, expect minimal gains from catback exhausts. They can improve sound, but dont do a whole bunch in terms of dyno/track numbers. People have actually lost power and gotten worse times with them.

I'd do a 4# pulley and a dyno tune/with chip with a drop in panel filter.

I would go with:

Airaid CIA (not open to the engine,so wont take in hot air.)
4# JDM pully
Superchip Chip
Bassani exhaust
JDM electric fan kit
High performance water pump( get one when you get the electric fan kit)
And lots of dough for gas!!!!

This setup should ass you 100+ hp

Have fun!!!

I you do not want to void your warranty, I would just go with a CAI and catback exhaust. I dont think you would want to mess with anything else.
