Has anyone in the last year or so built a new home in Frisco? I am looking at building West of the Tollway around Teel and Main St. I am wanting to spend around 200-225k. Any suggestions on builders or locations would be helpful.

I would suggest you consider D.R. Horton... They make a very good house in that price range...

Well I found a lot in Dominion Panther Creek in Frisco. I went with Wall Homes as the builder. I will keep you posted and thanks for everyones advice.

I changed the Kitchen layout, added 4ft to the garage size and knocked down a wall in the 4th bedroom to make it an office. It is 2450 Sq Ft.
You made a good choice bro... Panther Creek is right up the road from me, not even a mile from where I am... It sounds like you got a great buy, it is a buyers market after all...
