I have an '88 Thunderbird Sport. I picked it up at a salvage yard about 4 years ago and have been replacing parts and making it into something. Pretty much everything but the actual unibody itself has been replaced so far. It has the following...

GT40-P engine
ported heads
Trick Flow Stage 1 cam and matching valve springs
Crane Gold 1.7 roller rockers
BBK unequal length shorty headers
Explorer intake (installing the GT40 tubular today)
Pro-M Mass Air meter and 24# injectors
3G upgrade
5 speed
Crown Vic cop car aluminum drive shaft (shortened and balanced)
8.8 with 3.55's
CHE upper and lower control arms
40 series Flowmasters
Pype's O/R X-Pipe
dual outlet exhaust tips (chromed stainless, double walled)
Taurus electric fan
2004 Mach 1 chin spoiler
2004 Bullitt Mustang gas lid (painted body color)
10th anniversary Cobra wheels (17x9 up front and 17x10.5 out back)
255-40-17's up front
275-40-17's out back
power options (dual power seats, electric windows, etc.)
FMS 140 mph speedo
sequential tail lights
3340 pounds with 3/4 tank of gas

Here's a pic or two....

Thanks a lot. It took a LOT of time and parts selling and trading to get it where it is. No money for this comes from my paycheck, all from,as I said, selling and trading. It is my daily driver, and a really fun car. It pulls hard once it gets traction.Even with the 275's it blazes the tires at will. I love it.
