Just wanted to introduce myself to the club. I was the former owner of a 98' V6 stang that I loved to death and often miss. I currently have a 95' Eclipse GSX, which I also love very much. I have been a huge mustang fan for as long as I can remember and for the past 2 years have been a hugh DSM fan as well. I live in the northern suburbs of chicago and get to see plenty of cobras and mustangs around the area. I am currently on the dsmtuners forum under the same screen name and when I came across this messageboard decided to join up despite that fact I don't own a svt. Recently I saw a 380R on the road and had to say was quite impressed not only by its rarity but also its performance. Well I will just post this once but here are the mods and stereo equip. to my eclipse.
Turbo XS type-H bov
Turbo XS boost controller set to 17 psi
Upper front strut bar
autometer phantom boost gauge and egt gauge (still need probe)
act 2600 clutch
ngk spark plugs
K&N intake
MTX 12" sub with Rockford fosgate amp
While the v6's that I have raced have been mediocre at best the GT's and I have put up some good races.
