from what i've read, it's dynamic throughout the race. and before a race, the game will give you a weather forecast. but like real life, they aren't always accurate.

dont know about intermittent in a single race but it is randomly generated, which is awesome.

I bought a PS3 for this game only, i just hope its as good as Forza 3 or better. It better be alot better than the prologe, the graphics were great but the physics were just like GT4, no accidents, same screaching tires, ect....

There's something about the gameplay videos that worries me though. The physics look a little weird...but only time will tell.
