Here are some parts sourced from Van and Steve @ Tousley Ford

First up Cooling.

Picked up CR HE,

This went pretty straight forward. I am part of the one Bolt missing in the
bumper club too. I am surprised how much better the car ran after this.
I am thinking I was constantly loosing power from too High IAT2's

Little Scary looking at this point. But I gotter put back together.

Here is a side by side of 07 vs Vans

Once together filled it up with some
Amsoil Dominator Coolant booster,

A britta filtered pitcher and Viola good coolant Mix!

Then I moved on to the rear suspension and to completement my BOB's LCAS I added BMR UCA Mount and Arm and Panhard Bar and Brace

The bottle jack is your friend when trying to alight the LCA with the Diff.

The installation of the suspension parts went kinda rough for me because I did it completely by myself and need to buy a couple tools right in the middle of the project which never helps moral. I had to pick up a 22mm Crow Foot socket to torque the UCA and If I we to do it again. I would have realized that the vert braces need dropped so the tanks dont lay on them as you are lowering the tanks to get the OLD UCA Out. I would also have welded a tab on the UCA so the Bolt does not Spin on the diff mount. This was a fix that I came up with. Shoving a screw driver up there and it held it while I torqued it to 129ft#.s.

Nice work! And i applaud your efforts to do it on your own. You have some quality bits there. I think your numbers are about right on. Might see 5 more HP and about the same or less tq...IMO, which would be very solid btw.

looks like you had your work cut out for you! i give you credit for doing it all yourself. i did my UCA and mount (along with other suspension "stuff") from my back and it was a PITA.

keep us posted on the numbers!

The Car Runs so much smoother and it is time to get some sticker Tires. Trying to decide between Nitto 555rs and nt05rs. Leaning toward 555 because the NT05s are 45 series....seems to tall.
