I think it's a pretty exotic sounding v6. You can tell it means business.

I like it.

I respect the GT for what it is but bummer to have one less V8 on the race track. It will take me along time to warm up to the TTv6. Having said that I'm ignore the fact if it probably makes more power, lighter, more efficent :).... I don't know, there is a lot of racing heritage in that car being 8 cylinders and the sound it made flying down the race track

I love this car, but I would still take the 05/06 FGT on any given day. Sure, this car might outperform the previous gen, but you still can't beat the looks and sounds of that v8

Fast forward to the 2:10 mark for a good idea of how this thing will sound under hard acceleration.

It sounds very similar to a 335i with catless downpipes and aftermarket exhaust. I bet the same people saying the GT sound bad, like the sound of the 335i, lol

I hate to say I agree with you, but the sound is not going to sell that car. GT350 sounds great, not so much the GT.

Ford is really hurting to sell this 400k car with a 6 cylinder. 4K applications each with full cash offers in hand for how many cars available 500 but soon to be 1000 units over 4 years. Damn Ford might not survive this mistake:beer:

I disagree...Inline 6 sounds much different than a V6. I am an owner of an inline 6 car and I can honestly say I have NEVER heard a great sounding inline 6 motor . V6 on the other hand, this car and GT-R have a great growl to them. GT-R with a modded exhaust obviously
