New Flowmaster Exhaust For Lightning

Has anyone used the new Flowmaster on there Lightning, I'm looking for something loud for my '04

If you want a loud exhaust go with the JDM silverbullitt cat-back (2 muffler system). It's the loudest system i have heard while still using the stock cats.:thumbsuplus it sounds a helluva lot better than the flowmaster.

Flowmaster will give you a bad "wooooooosh" sound not to mention a loss of back pressure so some performance will be lost. Flowmasters are not popular on 2nd Gen. Lightnings. Bassani, JDM Silver Bullit & Magnaflow are the best choices in my opinion.

I had a flowmaster on mine for two days my truck ran bad and it sounded like a fighter jet not a truck cost me two hundred to find that out . Dont do it!

Do the silverbullet and remove 2 of the cats. It will be LOUD!

I put a bassani x-pipe and two flowmaster race mufflers on mine and it is pretty loud. I am taking it to the track this weekend to see if performance was affected.

what's the difference between magnaflow and bassani
like material wise???

Bassani uses a stainless steel. Don't know about magnaflow
