New Edge with C4?

I am starting my 3650 to C4 swap. I'm going with a Pro-Formance C-4 with Trans-brake, B&M Super cooler W/fan, B&M rachet shifter. I've also had Moser upgrade the 8.8 rear end with 9"ends, welded tubes, spool and 35 spline axles.

Can anybody offer any hints or tips as to what will need to be done or modified to the crossmember to make it all bolt up.

What did you use for the electronic speedo to work.

My buddy did it to his 03, I dont know what the differences would be. I know that the flex plate was expensive as hell, and he still hasnt ever got the speedo working. Oh, and first time out to the track with it last year, it blew up (literally) the second gear solenoid.
