FMFAST99SV you are going to love the mammoth. On 18 psi I made 626. Make sure you do pumps and injectors. Keep us posted on the install. AND be careful if you the one doing the install because you need to cut the firewall, and I have seen people cut the engine harness in half when cutting the firewall. Again great choice on the supercharger!!!

Bad ass! Do you have any track times with your previous blower?

I've been planning on selling my 2.8H to go toward my big Centri build, but maybe, just maybe a 2.8LC Mammoth might find its way under the hood of my 03.

Yeah there's a bit of work to be done with this kit vs other TS's.

With my previous setup 2.3 whipple I made around 550rwhp.

Best 1/4 was a 10.4@129mph

Thanks

Your 2.2 is a very strong blower and power can be made.

I ended up getting the complete kit, so dont have a price for just intake/mammoth.

Call Kennebell if your interested

Went to FastFernsPerformance yesterday for our install to be done.

First off : Big Thanks to Fern for staying up till 7am to work on my new build.

Alot of people might think the new 2.8KB LC just drops in like an eaton or other TS, but it does not.

This takes 12hrs to Install...

The complete kit comes with about 650 steps to complete install, and does require some modification work.

Kenne Bell has put together a complete kit for the installer to have everything at hand needed to complete install.

Here are some of the pics taken from yesterday/this morning.

I want to mention that we used a Plasma Cutter to trim off a piece of the firewall frame for the KB INLET <--KB did alot of testing and they did not want to cut any corners or leave anything on the table.

Below is a new hole that must be cut in the driver side for the new CAI.
Also would like to mention that your new CAI becomes your new MAF <--Pretty cool from kenne bell to adapt everything onto their CAI.

The Kenne Bell does not drop into place..It locks into place so that you have no leak !!!

Looking at the KB installed in person, you cant seem to take your eyes off its size. It pretty much owns the whole engine bay now.

We have now bolted in the KB installed the CAI, and we only have a few things left to do before we fire her up.

Overall i am very pleased with how everything has come together with our install.

I will have more pics and updates once we complete it.

But heres where we finished for today.. Some will notice how the enigine bay looks much cleaner. All Thanks to Fern !!!!!!!

Correct me if im wrong but i think kb website said not to use a killer chiller with a Liquid cooled blower.

Nice work on the blower, be prepared to suck in small animals and even children. haha
