Best Deal:
$7000 off MSRP (Branden Ford in Tampa)

Good Deal:
$1000 under invoice minus the $2500 rebate (about $6100 off MSRP)

Raw Deal:
MSRP (or more) minus $2500 rebate

Dealer invoice. The price all depends upon where you are at and how far you are willing to travel. I had a dealership, not local, willing to sell me a silver anniversary coupe $500 over dealer invoice before the $2500. rebate last holiday weekend. I kept my white coupe. You can do a search on recent purchases.

Yep, I would hold out for invoice or below on either. That is before the $2500 rebate too, don't let them screw you out of that...
