Whats up guys finally back in the cobra game and got one with a 2.3 2nd gen whipple. Heres my problem car has a 100mm idler pulley but the other 3 are stock junk.

The whipple has a 3.25 pulley a 4lb lower with Metco 3.2 alt pulley and the thumper heavy duty belt tensioner.

Was trying to figure out if i buy the other three idlers what size will i need without having to change the belt..3 92mm's? Also with those idlers all i have to do is unbolt the old and on with the new correct? Thanks for any help guys!

Not sure if there are too many people that buy aftermarket pullies expect to keep their current belt. Just buy yourself a nice set of BF idlers along with a new properly sized belt. Pick up a snub idler too. Cry once and be done.

It s not a good idea to run a snout idler with a 3in+ pulley . Can damage the front bearing , true or not, i run without .

I have a 3.5 and a 4lb lower , with or without the idler i see no difference on boost .
