Just installed an Exedy stage 3 clutch and light weight flywheel along with SR Performance clutch adjustment kit. I got everything installed and the clutch is ungodly hard to get to the floor and once its there it stays engaged while in gear. I have searched around thinking I torqued the pressure plate wrong but I got that right and am out of ideas. Any help would be great.

You can start by checking the clutch cable routing, that the clutch fork is fully engaging the pivot ball, and that the throwout bearing is properly installed on the fork. Next, pull out that sr performance clutch adjuster kit. Get an OEM cable, fiore firewall adjuster and a fiore or steeda quick release quadrant. I wouldn't be surprised if your issues completely improved.

+1 on the above, especially making sure the clutch fork is fully engaged on the pivot ball.
