Just came from the DaSilva Racing Shotout at St. Thomas Dragway.
There were a few 03 Cobras and somelightnings, all running strong.
Considering I've only run twice before, I did good.
Street tires, full tank, normal air pressure, no ice on the intake, spare in the trunk, and lots of bugs on the front bumper, I did 13.1 @109.69. 60ft was 2.2.
With practice I'd be in the 12's. Oh, and no pulley.
Joe DaSilva's brother-in-law ran 12.2 with a sonic -blue Vert(Intake, exhaust, pulley and chip), and another fellow ran 11.9's with the same mods plus drag radials.
I'm pleased. Not the fastest, but not bad.
