New Best, 7's in the 1/8th

I went to the track last night and ran a new best, finally hitting the 7's! Here's the results:

The 3rd run was lookin like my best run until I missed 3rd! I was just happy to finally hit the 7's, something I never did in my blown 02' GT. The 4.30's are going in tomorrow morning, hopefully I'll make it back to the track next Friday.

Thanks! I came across the kit on craigslist and got it with the purge for $200. I had always planned on going with wet, but I'm a budget racer (BROKE) and I plan on keeping the shot low. Who knows, maybe one day I'll upgrade or even scrap nitrous altogether and get that KB I always wanted.

Have you ran your car with the nitrous and 4.30's yet? I'm curious to see how this is gonna affect traction.

theyll hook. But nice times have you had your 75 shot on the dyno and checked out the a/f's? How are they, im almost scared to take my dry kit up that high

Nope, haven't had it on the dyno yet, I guess I like playing with fire. I'd like to get the Walbro installed and possibly get a tuner before putting it on the dyno.

Awesome!!! Mine are 255/55r/16 and still hook like a mofo. I cut a 1.6 60' in my GT with em'.

my car just pulled an 8.23 1/8 with a 1.69 60ft. i have a bassani x pipe, flows, accufab throttle body (worthless), bbk cai (worthless), 4.30 gears, moser 31 spline axles, m/t 275-40-17's, auburn pro lsd, and a pro 5.0 shifter. my car still runs real rich so i just bought an sct tuner. im hoping to get it tuned soon and bolt on a zex wet kit. with the 4.30 gears i dump the clutch between 5 to 6 thousand rpms with the m/t drags and it spins a little but im still getting good 60 fts.

Yeah, I was pretty thrilled with the times for the mods I have. The 4.30's are in, I'll be doing some motor passes to start on my next visit to the track. One of these days I'll make it out to MIR for some 1/4 mile runs. Sergio, do you recall your mph on the 7.96/12.3 run?
