Well I finally did it! I've been chasing that 11 second pass for 2 years. This winter I installed a TeamZ tubular k member, a-arms and strange 10 way struts with 14" 175 lb coilovers along with some subframe connectors. I literally dropped 2 tenths with those mods. Last season my best was a 12.18 @ 115 with a 1.67 60'.

First pass off the street was a 12.04 @ 115 with a 1.52 60'. I immediately backed that up with a 12.00 @ 111 with a 1.50 60'! Let the car cool about 30 minutes and clicked off an 11.98 @ 116 with a 1.52 60'. I was launching the car at 6k off my MSD 2-step and was running 12psi in my rear slicks. Drove the piss out of the car :3gears

Heres the proof for any non believers.

That ET came from that 60'. That tubular front must have helped your weight transfer a ton but it still is a great pick up you got man. Im loving that 11 sec n/a for the non believers of the mod motors especially the 2v. I remember when i was shooting for 11's n/a in my car but i got impatient and wanted to go fast now lol!! Went from a 12.29 n/a full weight on drag radials in a 5spd vert to a 11.32 with boost and a good bit left in it. Gonna get this new clutch in and gonna see what i can come up with before tubular suspension.

Solid simple set up man!!!! Major motivation for me!!! just did a similar build and waiting for a few more suspension components and to rebuild my 3650 before I hit the track

That is awesome! Congrats! It just goes to show these cars can run with anyone if you're dedicated enough. I remember when I was super excited about just running in the mid-13's haha.

Good run. That'll shame some cars . . . .

Let's me know what I could do with gears, slicks (instead of DR's) and a major diet. I'm in the 12.90 range now (8.25 1/8mi).
