Needs Guidance on Mods...

Alright.. heres the deal.. i have ~2k to spend on my cobra..
2003 Redfire SVT Cobra
Stock Engine / Trans
~28k Miles

Existing Mods:
-H&R Springs
-BBK Cat-less X-pipe
-Flowmaster American Thunder Kit

Looking into:
JLT Ram Air
Steeda Tri-ax Short Shifter
Tuner & Upper Pulley
Lower Pulley? << crank pulley right?

I want a pulley & tuner but am unsure which to go with. i want the best HP/TQ yielding results. Thanks for the help

Upper and lower pulley, idlers and a posi blower port, dragon throttle body and plenum, BAP, ba2400/mafia. maybe injectors, tune. Did we spend all of your $2k yet?
