Need your opinion...

I am still shopping for a transmission.... i was going to rebuild my t45 , but it is completely shot.

right now i can not afford a TKO, T56 , basically anything over $1000
I came across a t45 for $150.00 :??::??:

called the guy. He is telling me there is nothing wrong with it... just needs some cash to pay on credit cards... also there are going with a auto

also it would be a 6 1/2 hr drive for me.... i dont know if i should gamble it...

what do you all think?

check ebay and your local craigslist, im sure you can find one thats been verified without to much trouble

same trans as a GT, also i have a built t-45 with upgraded synchros for 2nd 3rd and 4th gear and reverse...it works perfect, i blew the input shaft which from D&D trans is was 50-100 depending on quality of shaft and it was gonna cost about 150 to install..i plan on doing all that over the winter..but id sell you mine for 200 plus shippinng..if u dont want it its all good.im gonna fix it eventually and put it in my car again
