I just got my truck from the trans shop, had it completely rebuilt. He did reuse my Circle D 2800 converter, it only had about 2000 miles on it. I just got it back and it worked like new, just put 176 miles on it. Well i went to the track everything worked perfect. On the way home i stopped at a red light, when i took off the truck shifted really hard. Then the O/D light started blinking. So i stopped and pulled the codes:
P0740 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Malfunction
P0741 Torque Converter Clutch System Performance or Stuck Off
P0743 Torque Converter Clutch System Electrical
P1744 Torque Converter Clutch System Performance
Any ideas whats going on? The converter doesn't lock up, but the transmission works perfect. I checked for burnt or skinned wires, or would this be internal? I checked all the fuses all are good. I need some help on this bad. Thanks Lil John
