So being on a budget throws the maximum motorsports setup out the window.

The uppers HAVE to be replaced. They're some adjustable something that was on the car when i bought it, no idea of brand. All i know is they're shot.

Lowers need the bushings replaced but by the time i pay for bushings and labor i'll be in it for a decent set of lowers anyway, for the money.

Would anyone happen to have a set of old uppers laying around for cheap?

Or can recommend something that's at least got a rubber bushing on the diff side where it's supposed to and not the poly bushings. I know most aftermarkets are all poly.

On the plus side, it's gonna handle so much better.

I am just running stock uppers with mm lowers. It works awesome. Car hooks up really well too. Save some money by finding a set of stock uppers and buy some good lowers. That's my advice

Thats kinda what i'm hoping for, unfortunately it's sitting in the shop right now for a rear end rebuild and, unaware that the uppers were ruined and had to be replaced i didn't plan on having to search for any.

Stock uppers unless you run a pan hard bar work best.

Unless you are straight line only.

Aftermarket uppers cause more bind and will eat up lowers on a street car.

Anyone happen to have an old set laying around?

I am unfortunately on a bit of a time limit to get this all taken care of.

Unfortunately, not an option. If it was, there wouldn't be an issue.

I'm on a budget. I can't swing 250 bucks for stock uppers. I know they're they best option without major work and torque boxes etc.

Like I said, time is my Major limiting factor. With a side of only so much money to work with, im holding off til Monday to order the cOntrol arm stuff but that's the last day I can order parts. If I can't find some reasonable priced uppers then more aftermarket uppers are my only option.
