Need some input from someone who's good at setting suspension

Whats a good starting point for me on my
Viking double adjustable shocks
strange adjustable struts
Angle of lower control arms (using bmr relocation bracket)
Which bmr anti roll bar hole to use
I heard using the 3rd hole back would be best
car is on a Mickey pro
has th400 with 3600 stall
Kenne bell 2.8
makes about 800rwhp
will be leaving off Trans brake

if if you have a similar set up can you post what your stuff is adjusted to or really good a setting suspesnion let me know a good starting point

In for some answers too. I have the same components about to go in my car (strange adj, viking double adj, bmr relo, Mt pros, etc) which has the same power level as op. Everything is going to be put in at the same time and a little guidance for setups that are working well would be great.

Start with the LCA in the middle hole and the XSB set in the farthest hole. Set the front struts to full loose and on the rears start at 6/7C 8/9 rebound. In order to get the rear shocks dialed in, you'll have to adjust one setting at a time. Move up 1 click on compression until it spins, then back it off 1-2 clicks. Repeat for rebound.
