need some help!

Put the car on the dyno and found that it's showing no voltage to the Fuel Pumps but yet the pumps are on and stay on when you turn the key to the on position, not only that but at start up I have 70-72lbs of FP and when we hit the throttle the FP goes downto 23-26lbs kind of like it's reversed?????
Fuel Mods are:

FORE hat w/GT pumps
dual FPDM wiring harness(with dual relays)
-8 line up to stock rails
60lb inj
Any help would be great!

LOL! This is on a buddy's car, My car was going lean remember (TPS)....so trying to figure this out.

Are you using a multimeter or is this the info you're getting from the dyno?

from the dyno, we also pulled the frps and for got to turn the key off and it was pushing 70 psi of fuel! (all over us)
