Need some help

I am swapping in an MMR engine and there are a couple parts that didn't come on the new one that won't come out of the old one without getting destroyed. Does anyone know what these parts or part #s are so I can try and find them? It is the items I have circled. Thanks!

you can use the Dowls in this kit.. the rest of the bolts and stuff won't be needed if your short block is already built..

Thanks man that helps a lot! Now I know what it's all called as well so maybe I can find the pieces without the whole kit. Either way I know I can get it done now.
