Need some help from you Pennsylvania guys

IM about ready to buy a 03 Cobra. :banana: I have a question about Longtube headers and X pipe with cats, do the pass PA emission. < (hope i spelled that right) I think the do but dont want to find out the hard way. Im buy out of state so have 14 days or something to do State/emissions.

I think in Bucks County you do emissions with OBD2 hookup. Check with your local mechanic to make sure. If so, you'll be OK if you properly hook up your O2 sensors with extensions and give the engine several full operating cycles after any change. If you're not throwing fault codes, you're probably OK. However, you can be flunked on visual for having non stock cats, but that would be pretty rare.

If you're not using OBD2 in Bucks you would still do the chassis dyno test and that would be no problem if you're running properly.

I suggest going to a known and knowledgable mechanic for your inspection.

No check engine light and you have cats your good to go it's a new law this year. No more dyno runs.
