Need some auto swap parts!

I'm ripping my t56 out in a few days and putting my 4r70w in.
I need a few parts.....

Cross member for a 4r70
Speed sensor
Yolk for the output/drive shaft
I may find a few other things I need but right now I think this is all I need.
