Need some advice...Please

Hello guys,

Well I have run into a problem with my Lightning. It shot out the third spark plug up on the passenger side while I was pulling into my street, here i thought it only happen in high rpms'. :shrug: So now the question I have is what year did FMC go to 8 threads on the heads? Part numbers would be great! I want to nip this in the bud and get a set of 8 threads. So if anyone have a set let me know...:beer:

And on a side note... what happen to the search option? I've been away for a while.

I think it was mid year 03 they went to 8 thread heads but somebody that know 100% will chime in on it.

Search function is temporarily disabled since they are adding another server due to the large increase in site traffic.

That is correct. If you are buying 03 heads make sure and check that they are the 8 thread heads since, like stated above, some of the early 03 Ls still had 4 thread heads. :thumbsup:
