Could someone tell me how tall a 275/55-20 is? My Yukon currently has 275/45-20 but was reading on the Discount Tire Direct website about the plus sizing. If possible, I need three measurements...

1. The overall height of each of the two tires.
2. The height of the sidewall of the two tires.
3. The width of the 275/55-20 tire.

Thanks in advance!!!!!!

Thank you for the post venom one.

Below is the link to our tire size calculator. It will give you all the dimensions you are after. What year and model Yukon do you have? What are the wheel dimensions (width/offset)?

Perfect! Thanks for the calculator. It's an '05 SLT XL. Not sure on the width/offset...

According to my fitment information, the OE tire size on your Yukon is 265/70-17 (31.61" tall) which means size 275/55-20 (31.91" tall) will work well on your application. This is assuming factory suspension and correct wheel dimensions.
