Need shaker hood

Hello all!

New Mach 1 owner here. Just purchased an 04 Oxford White Mach 1 from a guy in Maryland who did an amazing job taking care of the machine. I couldn’t be happier BUT the VA state police decided to rain on my parade by telling me to get rid of my 4” cowl induction hood.

I need to find a Shaker Hood. I already have the scoop and everything to make it work (I think).

It doesn’t have to be perfect, just please let me know if you can help.

Is there laws about having your current hood. If there isn't then they can't tell you to remove it. But if you need a shaker hood look on ebay see a few of them there.

Couple hours from you, but its been sitting on CL for months. Come across it every week. Could probly get him down a bit on the price.

Been talking to that guy for a few days. Apparently, he's holding it for another guy that asked about if first. Said he would let me know if they didn't come get it. Found a couple in salvage yards from car parts.com that I'm waiting on pictures and shipping quotes for.
