NEED SERIOUS HELP - PREDATOR - NO START!!

Lol, even though it sounds obvious, that is a very good tip ralphy! Thanks for the help. I think my buddy might get a predator soon so I just want to make sure nothing gets screwed up.

All is well with the predator system.

Diablo was awesome and reset the unit so I could install a tune.

The pulley tune is still pinging (so I don't push the pedal hard anymore) but that should be resolved asap.

I'm glad to hear your problem was resolved. Great news. Like everyone else said, make sure there is no pinging. Detonation on a blown motor will kill it. Get that thing tuned.

Good question esqeddy. What octane are you running, 93-94?

yeah, I don't think I did any permanent damage, maybe you guys know different. Hearing the pinging a couple times, is that REAL bad? all seems well right now. drives fine and I am staying out of boost higher than 7-8 psi (now). diablo should be helping me within a 1/2 hour.

I did go with the 2.75 RR . No idlers yet. I am sure I will have some slip. I will probably get idlers within a week or so.

shitty 91 octane here in CA. hopefully I will have a custum tune within a day or two.

We have 93 Octane in Ga. 91 Octane may have something to do with your detonation problem.

more important than the octane level is whether it's oxygenated gas or not
