Need info on the stall flash

Can anyone recall if there is a specific TSB or reference to a service bulletin addressing the Stall Flash. I'm going to have to get this done. Believe it or not the Technician was lost on the subject. Couldn't find any reference to the stall issue.

Call SVT (800 Ford SVT) and they can give you all the specifics. That's what I did.

Here's the text of the SSM for the stall:

SSM 17542 - 2003 MUSTANG COBRA - LACK OF POWER ON DECELERATION
SOME 2003 MUSTANG COBRA VEHICLES MAY EXHIBIT DRIVABILITY CONCERNS INCLUDING LOSS OF POWER ON DECEL. THIS MAY BE CAUSED BY THE CALIBRATION OF THE POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM). TO SERVICE, REPROGRAM THE PCM WITH THE LATEST CALIBRATION AVAILABLE USING WDS RELEASE B29.3 OR HIGHER. CALIBRATION FILES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE AT www.MOTORCRAFT.COM.
