After you give a quick rev it puffs out white blueish smoke. I know it is oil, is there anyway to tell if it is the engine gone bad or the turbo that is leaking oil?

The motor suppsidly doesnt have many miles on it. the turbo is a garrett t25

Take the turbo off and then take the compressor cover off and the turbine housing off. See if their is oil leaking into the housings. If so then the seals are shot. I got my turbos rebuilt at forcedinductions.com. They are probably the best guys right now. They know more about turbos then anyone else I have spoken to.

You can grab the turbo shaft and wiggle it to see if there is a lot of play. You might go to turbobuick.com everyone on that site is a turbo expert.
