hey guys, i have a complete auto-meter lunar series gauge cluster in my 99 cobra, the tach is off a few rpms, so i bought a tach adapter, my question is where do i connect the Grey wire that sends the new tach signal beings im not running a big ugly tach in my car, do i run it back to the red wire that splices into the tach adapter? or is there another wire that runs back to the factory tach location? any help would be truly apreciated!

that video does not answer my question. i am not running a giant aftermarket tach in my car to hook that grey signal wire to... i have a stock gauge cluster with a complete lunar series gauge set up that plugs in like factory and i dont know where to send the new tach signal.

Sorry good luck with figuring it out.

FYI stock tachs are usually off, which is the reason those big ugly more accurate tachs get installed.

shouldnt there be a way to send the new tach signal back thru my factory harness back to where it plugs into the lunar gauge cluster?
