I'm stuck.
Have a 99 cobra. Termi swapped with a Novi 2000 blower. Car ran fine before. Back in April the seals on the blower went out. I received a new head unit in June. I've been busy with a million other things so last month I was finally able to replace the head unit. I replaced the timing cover since it had a couple of stripped bolt holes and the valve cover gaskets and that was it. Installed the head unit, and now the car won't stay alive. It will fire up and jump from 300-1400 rpms. Giving it any kind of throttle and it only hesitates and sometimes dies. IAC is brand new, and the TPS measures .5-4.5V. I plugged my X4 in to data log and it shows the desired RPMs to be at 1362.
I'm figuring it's just a tuning issue. It doesn't have a tune off the programmer, only a flash tune direct from a laptop. Any thoughts on what it could be?
