I am building a new motor. I have two teksid blocks. One is darton 3.7 sleeved the other standard bore. My goals are max effort. I have ported heads. I have a standard Kellogg crank.
My idea is to use the darton sleeved 3.7 block to unshroud the valves. With 3.65 stroke mmr 4.75 liter crankshaft. 11:1 compression or in that area. Or should I stay with a standard stroke crank. I can go any way with the build since I just collected a bunch of parts. 2.8 mammoth kb I want to break 1000 rwhp. What are everyone thoughts on a max effort build

you mention max effort but why limit yourself with a kb2.8 mammoth? there are bigger blowers that will get you there more efficiently.
what fuel will be used?
