Need help with accufab plenum

I bought an used accufab plenum and didn't came with the fitting where the vacuum hose goes, can I take the fitting from the original plenum and install it on the accufab plenum or can I just plug the vacuum hose and the connection where it goes in the accufab plenum and not use it?

I think that hose is part of the Evap system. Plugging it would probably cause a CEL. Is that fitting a press fit? You might be able to get it out. But doing it without destroying the fitting would be hard.

I bet that fitting will wiggle out. Will it twist left to right?

Yes it's a press fit but I took it off without breaking it but now it goes a little bit lose on the accufab plenum and that may cause a vacuum leak. I don't know where to find that fitting now.

Why not use some JB weld?

I would freeze the tube and then put it in the accufab piece with a small amount of jb weld

After taking it out of the original plenum yes now it wiggle left and right but not very lose, if I don't use jb weld or something it will come off.

That's what I was wondering but I'm not sure if JB weld was heat resistance cause that area gets really hot. Can I use JB weld? You think it will hold?

I cant freeze it because the fitting is already smaller than the hole where it goes connected.

JB weld will def hold. People use it on IMRC deletes. They make a high temp as well.

Find a friend with a brake line flaring kit and swell the tube a bit.
