Need help whipple to plate seal

I had this seal masked off with some really non agressive masking tape so I could clean the elbow out before install and when I pulled it off it stretched some parts of the seal. Is there a seal to replace it or do I just use rtv to seal it back up?

I bought my whipple used and it was already assembled (maybe they come that way from the factory) but it looks like the seal was just RTV.

Thats what I was thinking. Can anyone else confirm this?
