need help where can i take my car to have a pulse trasducer hook to the exhaust pipe

several years ago i have my cobra engine rebuilt with forged internals and balanced and blueprinted well 2 weeks after the rebuild a ticking noise on the passenger side occurred and now its getting worse i had new lifter installed but the noise is still there when i first start it the engine is quite but later on the tick starts but if i get on it hard the tick goes away after a while i think its a vavle guide because my passenger side lftrim is high untill i give it gas then it goes low i have only 2 vacuum lines now and i even sprayed starting fluid all over engin and vacuum lines and nothing changes so i just read that a pulse tranducer hooked ot the exhaust or intake could tell me something please help or give me some advice thanks
